We are dedicated to a philosophy that environmentally friendly course design combined with value engineered construction practices are key to a property’s financial success & long term sustainability.

Founded and led by Marc Logan, an Aussie born agronomist who merged his passion for fast & firm sandbelt style turf with sustainable building practices.

Over the past 35 years Marc and his teams have worked in partnership with top architects and course owners to deliver some of the best golf experiences across the U.S. and Mexico.

Mentored at the famed Royal Melbourne, Marc began his craft over 35 years ago in his native Australia studying Horticulture and Turf. Over that time Marc and his teams have project managed over 35 golf construction & restoration projects. He has also been a leading turf adviser for over 150 courses world-wide and in 2019 was named “Top Adviser” by Golf Inc. Magazine for his work building Corica Park in Alameda CA

Marc has a knack for seeing the things that others don’t. Focusing not only on value management of a project for long term financial success, but also creating a healthy environment, taking into consideration the topography and natural resources that are existing. His utilization of native plants and grasses, irrigation, drainage & recapture design while minimally impacting the environment earned Marc the Audubon International Water & Sustainability Innovation Award for his design / build at Corica Park South
